In 2003 the First Christian Church in Asheville, North Carolina hosted the SCV.
The denominations which I have been focused on writing may not reply, but they might also decide not to host neo-Confederate groups. It could be that other denominations might fill the gap if not contacted. So any denomination that has hosted neo-Confederates before will be contacted.
