Sumners denounces civil rights as being divisive and undermining the war effort

Argues that efforts for civil rights is underming the war effort. Sumners political advisors strenously explained to Sumners that he was losing support because he wasn't loudly denouncing the recent U.S. Supreme Court ruling against all-white primaries.
