Letters to Mayor Rawlings 

A series of letters were written to Dallas Mayor Rawlings concerning de-Confederating Dallas and sent by certified mail. Copies were of all these letters were sent with proof of mailing to each Dallas city council members. No reply was forthcoming from the mayor or any city council member.
