Bowser Street 

Named after Oliver P.  Bowser who was a captain in the Confederate army.  This is the Texas State Historical Association entry for him. https://tshaonline.org/handbook/online/articles/fbo52

He was active in neo-Confederate groups in Dallas. He was referred to as Capt. Bowser in news articles. 

Bowser will be added to the 2nd revision of the map of Dallas Confederate streets.
