There are several groups which the neo-Confederates have a blistering hostility towards and they have an ideology of violence. As a warning to the public read this article first. Even as extreme as this material is in this paper, what is posted on the Texas Division Sons of Confederate Veterans has been even more so.

This is a good start to understand the extremism and racism of the SCV. it was pblished in 2015, but the only thing that has changed sinc then is that they have really gone off the deep end even more.

Some notable things about their books.

They have a book in which they believe the SLAVEOWNERS ARE OWED REPARATIONS. We discuss this book, punished with poverty, in which the poverty of the South is blamed on Southern slaveowners not getting paid for their slaves. There is the book "The South Was Right" in which the Voting Rights Act is denounced and they advocate a variety of restrictions on voting which would if applied largely eliminate African Americans and poor people from voting.

There is the book "Lincoln's Marxists" which asserts there was some type of communist conspiracy in the Lincoln administration. There is the book, "Rekilling Lincoln," which explains how really hostile to Lincoln is. They want to assassinate his reputation.

Myths of American slavery is a defense of American slavery. It condemns abolitionism as anti-Christian and heretical. It condemns the Southern Baptists for their apology for slavery.
